catch up

Oh my goodness, so I can't believe that there are only like 3 more weeks of classes.... AUHUH!!! I am so not ready!!!! The week goes by so fast, and the weekend goes by even faster. Man I need some serious catch-up time! But it seems that when you do find time to catch up on homework, you find so much other things that need to be done instead- like clean your apartment, or bake muffins! So while I don't want the days to come, I want to be done and be able to relax and not have stupid deadlines/exams to worry about. I still haven't heard back from the education department about whether i got in or not - im getting a little worried, b/c registration for next year is coming up soon. anyways, so this week, I got a little bored with my hair - actually my bangs were getting too long, and well, I can't really afford a hair cut right now, so I decided to cut them myself... yah.... the first time they were good. then the next day, I decided that they werent short enough, so i cut them shorter, and shorter, and shorter.... hehe.... finally i just gave up and cut them straight across my forehead. I guess they look alright, cuz people were complimenting me on them today.... this is how it turned out:

Anywhoo, I better do some homework, before I start my busy weekend. Later!

"Late have I loved you, beauty so old and so new: late have I loved you. And see, you were within and I was in the external world and sought you there, and in my unlovely state I plunged into those lovely created things which you made. You were with me, and I was not with you. The lovely things kept me far from you, though if they did not have their existence in you, they had no existence at all. You called and cried out loud and shattered my deafness. You were radiant and resplendent, you put to flight my blindness. You were fragrant, and I drew in my breath and now pant after you. I tasted you, and I feel but hunger and thirst for you. You touched me, and I am set on fire to attain the peace which is yours." - Saint Augustine
